A leading financial services company in Westport, CT is seeking a Loan Servicing & FinOps Associate to ensure accurate booking, servicing, and financial reporting of loans. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of experience in loan servicing or mortgage finance. Responsibilities include entry of new loans, reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy in loan transactions, all supported by a robust benefits package including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or mortgage finance.
• Solid understanding of loan booking mechanics.
• Experience with business-purpose lending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record newly funded loans in the general ledger.
• Prepare and transmit loan boarding files.
• Perform reconciliations between servicer reports and internal GL.
