Job summary

Mimecast is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure & Cloud Spend Manager in Lexington, MA to own end-to-end visibility and accountability for cloud and infrastructure spend.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, and Procurement to improve forecasting, drive cost optimization, and inform strategic decisions in a fast-growing PE-backed environment. In this role you’ll build a rolling spend forecast, develop a comprehensive cost taxonomy, and deliver dashboards that provide executives with clear unit

Qualifications

• Expertise in FP&A, cost/financial analysis, or FinOps for cloud spend.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills for large datasets.
• Experience with FinOps tooling and cloud cost management.
• SQL proficiency; Snowflake or similar data platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting for cloud and infrastructure spend.
• Build cost taxonomy mapping spend to products and teams.
• Lead budgeting and long-range planning for infrastructure.
• Identify cost-optimization opportunities and negotiate with data analysis.
• Build dashboards and self-service analytics for visibility.
• Advise Engineering leadership on financial implications.
• Develop rolling infrastructure spend forecast within six months.
• Drive EBITDA-focused cost management.
