Job summary

State Street Corporation in Quincy, MA, seeks an Technology Financial Operations AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and operate automations and AI-enabled workflows across cost management, FinOps, and reporting.

You will partner with business and technical teams to replace manual checks with governed automation, ensure security and auditable controls, and measure impact through reduced cycle times and improved accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience designing, building, and supporting workflow automations or AI-enabled assistants.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot & Copilot Studio, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across Technology Financial Operations Office functions.
• Partner with business SMEs to map processes and translate requirements into workflow designs.
• Build, deploy, and support automations using enterprise tools and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Track outcomes such as effort avoided, cycle-time reduction, and error reduction.
