Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Netflix customers from Greece. You’ll handle inquiries remotely via phone, email and online chat, with full training provided and a relocation package if you are moving to Greece.

Requirements include Finnish to C1/C2 level, high-level English, inclusion of your native language and nationality in your CV, and a valid EU passport. Competitive monthly salary plus bonuses and private health insurance are offered.
