Responsibilities

1. Development and implementation of Daily Finite Schedule, including:

• Maintain achievable build & ship plan, focusing on minimizing costs and internal lead-time
• Collaborate with Emery Operations, 3rd Party Manufacturing facilities (Tollers), and Global Affiliates to meet forecasted requirements
• Develop capacity plan and communicate relevant planning metrics to management
• Identify critical shortages and coordinate mitigation plans with Supply Chain Planning Manager and cross-functional teams
• Create and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders as needed

Manage and distribute periodic reports (e.g., Inventory position, carbon chain balance)

Maintain SAP master data, including new material setups, Bills of Material (BOMs), and Recipes

Make decisions within defined parameters, applying concepts to moderate complexity issues, resolving through immediate or short-term planning

Work collaboratively to resolve complex scenarios such as capacity constraints, material shortages, and demand fluctuations

Support various plant departments and take on new projects as needed
