Job summary

ODC Construction, LLC – www.odcbuilds.com is seeking a Punchout Laborer to perform finishing tasks and final inspections on Florida construction sites. The candidate will address touch-ups, repairs, and corrections to ready projects for handover under the Director of Construction.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work as part of a crew in a fast-paced environment. Field work, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and outdoor conditions apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform punchout tasks such as drywall repairs, painting touch-ups, fixture installations, and other finishing work.
• Inspect completed work areas to identify defects before final inspection.
• Address and fix minor issues, including paint, trim, flooring, and other surfaces.
• Install or replace hardware and light fixtures.
• Assist with site cleaning and preparation for handover.
• Communicate with supervisors and crew to ensure on-time, quality tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and proper storage of tools.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with other general labor tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ensure work meets high-quality standards and complies with regulations.
