ARCH Medical Solutions - Warsaw is seeking a Finishing Technician to transform precision-machined components into finished products meeting exact customer specs. Responsibilities include surface finishing, in-process inspections, and ensuring quality while following procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, finishing experience, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to work with precision tools. Strong teamwork and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous finishing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using precision inspection and measuring tools.
• Basic blueprint reading skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to complete required manufacturing and quality documentation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Understanding and ability to follow quality system requirements and manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing processes including blasting, tumbling, polishing, grinding, cleaning.
• Read and interpret job travelers and manufacturing documentation.
• Identify special process requirements and customer specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Participate in team-based activities and support production schedules.
• Perform in-process inspections and accurately document results.
• Use precision measurement equipment to verify dimensions.
