Job summary

Mittera Creative + Tech is seeking Finishing Assistants to join our production team in a hands-on, entry level role. You will help feed correct signatures, down-pile books, and prepare items for shipment while learning the finishing workflow.

This position offers on-the-job training, practical skill growth, and a fast-paced environment. We value safety and accuracy as you support the finishing department throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Entry level position with potential to advance
• Ability to read and follow job tickets and memos
• Strong communication and basic math skills for workflow
• Capable of working in a busy finishing environment

Responsibilities

• Read and follow the job ticket with the Machine Operator
• Assist in cutting, folding, collating, stitching, and trimming
• Catches and cartons completed pieces at the end of equipment
• Load pockets and conveyors for folders
• Move and pack finished goods and label products as needed
• Operate power pallet jack and hand lift truck
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Perform other duties as assigned
