Job summary

SendCutSend Inc. is seeking a Post Production Technician to prepare and finish manufactured parts to meet customer specifications. You will deburr, tumble, finish, install hardware, and perform quality inspections in a fast-paced, LEAN environment.

You will read instructions, operate hand and power tools, move materials, and collaborate with team leads to hit daily production goals while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Reading and following work instructions and basic drawings.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely per safety procedures.
• Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform deburring, tumbling, and finishing of parts.
• Tapping, countersinking, and installing hardware as required.
• Interpret work instructions and use hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Move materials and job orders throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles.
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet production goals and communicate issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
