Job summary

SendCutSend is seeking a Post Production Technician to prepare and finish manufactured parts to meet customer and quality specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will perform tumbling, deburring, surface finishing, and hardware installation, with emphasis on quality inspections and LEAN/5S driven organization. Team collaboration with leads and supervisors ensures daily production goals are met while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience in manufacturing or production.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic drawings.
• Ability to operate machinery safely per safety procedures.
• Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Deburring, tumbling, and finishing parts.
• Tapping, countersinking, and installing hardware.
• Interpret work instructions and use hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Move materials and job orders throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with LEAN and 5S principles.
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and raise issues or quality concerns.
