Job Description

The Finishing Tech is a key operational support role responsible for assisting
supervision in driving daily production activities, technical execution, and area
performance. This role bridges leadership and technical functions by ensuring
production plans are executed effectively, KPIs are tracked and improved, and
operational standards (delivery, quality, safety, scrap and 5S) are consistently met.The Finishing Tech supports planning, execution, reporting, and inventory control within the assigned area, working closely with supervisors, schedulers, operators, EMS agents, and engineering functions.
