Job summary

Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN, is seeking a Finishing Tech- Operator II for the 4th shift to support supervision and drive daily production execution. This role bridges leadership and hands-on technical work to ensure plans are met, KPIs tracked, and standards for quality, safety, and 5S are maintained.

You'll work with supervisors, schedulers, operators, EMS, and engineering to manage planning, reporting, and inventory in the assigned area, delivering reliable manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in finishing operations or similar environment.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.

Job Descriptio n

The Finishing Tech is a key operational support role responsible for assisting
supervision in driving daily production activities, technical execution, and area
performance. This role bridges leadership and technical functions by ensuring
production plans are executed effectively, KPIs are tracked and improved, and
operational standards (delivery, quality, safety, scrap and 5S) are consistently met.The Finishing Tech supports planning, execution, reporting, and inventory control within the assigned area, working closely with supervisors, schedulers, operators, EMS agents, and engineering functions.
