Inland Packaging, a local label and packaging manufacturer in La Crosse, Wisconsin, seeks a 2nd shift Production Operator. You will operate a machine that prepares printed labels, inspect quality, and cross-train across production areas to meet goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Starting wage is $19.00/hour with a $1.00/hour shift differential; schedule is Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:00pm.
