Seats Incorporated in Reedsburg, Wisconsin is seeking a Finishing System Operator on first shift to support wash and powder coating operations and ensure each part meets quality standards before final assembly.

The role involves rack preparation, coating touch-ups, labeling, and coordinating with production, with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods. Wage starts at $21.15/hr with raises to a top of $24.75/hr.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Physical stamina for repetitive motion and standing.
• Ability to navigate computer systems for work instructions, QA menus, routings, and drawings.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts to meet production schedules.
• Hang parts to ensure proper coating and spray for touch-ups.
• Label parts and move to the appropriate assembly area.
• Clean and maintain the equipment area.
• Maintain supplies and submit replenishment orders.
• Monitor and maintain performance of wash and coating equipment.
• Suggest process and system improvements.
• Apply basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
