Job summary

You will inspect finished goods, log production data, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with the team to meet production targets while upholding safety standards. Night shift is Mon-Wed, 3:30 pm to 5:00 am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating finishing/production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor finishing machinery to complete product processing according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality, identifying defects or inconsistencies and taking corrective action as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of finishing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and uphold quality standards.
