Job summary

Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN is seeking a Process Technician on the 2nd shift to support efficient manufacturing operations and high-quality output.

You will set up equipment, perform autonomous maintenance, train new operators, and lead changeovers while ensuring safety and productivity in a fast-paced plant environment. Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge is required, with fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or High School diploma/GED and 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Fundamental understanding of Industrial Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret documents & drawings and write detailed repair reports.
• Ability to Ensure product is built to specification in a quality manner.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

• The Process Technician is considered an expert of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Responsible for adjustments, equipment set-up, autonomous maintenance, daily reports, and training equipment operators to assure production plan is accomplished in a safe, efficient, and productive manner with a high degree of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Operate various forms of equipment and teach new employees proper operation of the equipment.
• Responsible for daily productivity in their equipment and data analysis.
• Lead changeovers and equipment adjustments based on quality and cycle time requirements.
