Job summary

CCL Healthcare in Ohio is seeking a Finishing Operator to inspect trays of printed products, operate finishing equipment, and prepare items for shipping. You will ensure labels meet quality standards and collaborate with the machine operator during changeovers.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (2–3 years related experience preferred) and the ability to read measurements and use inspection tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret scientific measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect trays of printed products to ensure customer specifications and quality standards.
• Operate equipment to final finish products and prepare the product for shipping.
• Ensure labels meet company and customer quality standards.
• Work with the machine operator during change overs and production.
• Assemble cardboard boxes and trays and manage shift change over.
• Keep workstation clean of debris and scrap; assist with routine machine responsibilities.
• Communicate quality and production issues to machine operator or supervisor.
• Verify correct labels on tubes and boxes; pack orders to customer specifications.
• Comply with company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices.
