Franklin Precision Castings is seeking a detail-oriented Finishing Operator to join our team. This role is critical to the final stages of our investment casting process, ensuring all products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting castings, operating grinders, drill presses, and water blasting equipment, and safely handling finishing tools to meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections.
• Willingness to learn and develop new finishing skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished castings to ensure quality and specs.
• Operate grinding equipment and hand belt grinders.
• Perform drill press and cut-off saw tasks.
• Use water blasting to remove ceramic material.
• Safely operate finishing tools and equipment.
• Report quality or safety concerns promptly.
