Franklin Precision Castings is seeking a detail-oriented Finishing Operator to join our team in Franklin, PA. This hands-on role focuses on the final stages of our investment casting process, ensuring products meet stringent quality standards.

The successful candidate will inspect castings, operate grinding equipment, and perform drill press and cutting tasks while maintaining a clean, safe work area and collaborating with teammates to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing or finishing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate well.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
