Job summary

Dow is seeking a Finishing Operator in Auburn, MI to support packaging and distribution of Dow products. You will work in a safety‑driven team, align with manufacturing processes, and help ensure on‑time delivery to Dow’s global customers.

You’ll gain hands‑on training, operate forklifts, handle materials, label packaging, and maintain quality through daily routines. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a current, valid US driver's license.
• Ability to work all shifts on a monthly rotation (including weekends).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Packaging products for Dow's global customers.
• Interact with chemical processes during production.
• Manually break down pallets of material and products.
• Arrange, stack, and repackage materials as needed.
• Affix labels on packaged materials; operate forklift safely.
• Identify, prioritize and complete tasks independently while maintaining safety.
