Smyth Companies LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Finishing Operator Assistant to join a collaborative team focused on producing top-quality labels and packaging. You will help ensure products reflect pride and care, contributing to a standout customer experience and helping brands stand out on shelves.

Shift available: Monday–Wednesday, 5:00 a.m.–5:15 p.m. (36.75 hours, OT paid after 40 hours) with a full benefits package and a compensation range based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/bend throughout shift.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect printing defects with close attention to detail.
• Box/pack completed orders for shipping.
• Observe company work rules and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with teams to support workflow and continuous improvement.
