Avery Dennison is recruiting a Finishing Operator to support the finishing department. You will lead machine set ups, perform changeovers, and drive quality improvements on the 2nd shift (3 PM–11 PM) with a 2-2-3 schedule.

The Finishing Operator has responsibility for functions occurring within the finishing department. You will be responsible for leading machine set ups and changeovers, problem-solving, and making decisions on machine adjustments. In this role, you will be assigned to B Team. The hours are from 3PM to 11AM (2nd Shift), Monday to Friday, following a continuous 2-2-3 schedule,3PM-11PM, Mon-Fri
