Job summary

Vomela Commercial Group is seeking a binder/finisher to support our production team in Englewood, CO. You will perform small format finishing and bindery operations, set up equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in bindery and finishing operations.
• Proficiency with MBO folders and Challenge cutters.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn; training available for candidates with strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform small format finishing and bindery operations, including cutting, binding, punching, saddle stitching, folding, and collating.
• Set up and operate bindery equipment to meet job specifications.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to quality standards.
• Monitor jobs for accuracy and consistency throughout production.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment or job issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Hourly Pay Range:

$18 - $22 USD

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OR 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Perform small format finishing and bindery operations, including cutting, binding, punching, saddle stitching, folding, and collating
• Set up and operate bindery equipment to meet job specifications
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to quality standards
• Monitor jobs for accuracy and consistency throughout production
• Troubleshoot basic equipment or job issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
