Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience operating programmable cutters (Polar or similar).
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
• Computer literate with the ability to follow digital job tickets and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet production demands.
• Knowledge of printing processes and various print substrates.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
