Job summary

Facilities And Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Finishing Civil Engineer for residential construction projects. The candidate will supervise and execute all finishing activities, ensuring quality work and on-time completion while coordinating with contractors and site teams.

You will oversee plastering, flooring, painting, ceilings, waterproofing, joinery, and interior finishing, monitor daily progress, review drawings, manage material usage, and ensure safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising finishing works on residential sites.
• Proficient in BOQ and drawings interpretation.
• Strong quality control knowledge and safety awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple teams on site.
• Excellent coordination with contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all finishing works at site including plastering, flooring & tiling, painting, false ceiling and waterproofing.
• Oversee joinery and interior finishing works and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Monitor daily site activities, check material requirements, and control wastage.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects and consultants.
• Ensure safety standards on site and prepare progress reports.
• Check drawings against works and ensure project completion within timeline and budget.
• Handle snag list/punch point closure before handover.
