Job summary

You will collaborate with plant leadership on budgets, standards, and capital projects while sustaining Smurfit Westrock’s safety and values across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Preferred: supervisory leadership experience and continuous improvement background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee folding and gluing department operations.
• Ensure safe workplace, product quality, and production goals.
• Manage ~100 hourly employees and drive OEE improvements.
• Develop department strategies, budgets, and cost controls.
