The role includes leading the finishing crew, coordinating workflow, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, with the ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 to 5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays per shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operates the sander, saw line, and tongue & groove line, producing finished panels.
• Leads the finishing crew, coordinates workflow, and assists maintenance with troubleshooting.
• Checks and records on the Production Report for dimensions, quality, and board grade.
• Shuts down and corrects deviations from standard and notifies the shift supervisor.
• Maintains equipment cleanliness and operates air lines to clear saw lines and stackers.
• Operates forklift when correcting problems and supports inter-crew workflow.
