Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates the sander, saw line and tongue & groove line to produce finished panels.
• Supervises and guides finishing crew; coordinates workflow and safety compliance.
• Lubricates and inspects equipment; monitors line speeds and machine settings.
• Records production data (dimensions, quality, grade) on Production Reports.
• Shuts down and corrects deviations from standard and notifies supervisors as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of equipment and work area and supports maintenance as required.
