Job summary

Haakon Industries Ltd. is hiring a Finishing Laborer for the Day Shift in Washington. You’ll join the team handling the final steps before each unit ships, including installing final components, sealing, cleaning, and ensuring each unit is complete and customer-ready.

This hands-on position requires attention to detail and pride in delivering a clean, finished product. It’s a 5‑day week, with pay from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, plus structured increases at 90 days, 6 months and 1 year.

Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 AM | 5-day work week

Pay

$22.00–$28.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience
Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that

What This Job Is

You’ll be part of the team responsible for the final steps before unit’s ship out.

This is where quality matters most. You’ll be installing final components, sealing, cleaning, and making sure each unit is complete and ready for the customer.

This is hands‑on work that requires attention to detail and pride in the finished product. If something is off, you catch it and fix it.

This is a safety‑sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.

What You’ll Do

• Install final components like doors, louvers, and hardware
• Caulk, seal, and prep units for shipment
• Clean and inspect units before they leave the floor
• Wrap and protect units for transport
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
