Job summary

Haakon Industries Ltd. in Washington state is hiring a Base Assembly Laborer for the night shift to build the base and structural foundation of large HVAC units.

You’ll work hands-on with saws and fabrication equipment, measuring, cutting, and assembling materials on a fast-paced production line. This safety-sensitive role requires focus, accuracy, reliability, and teamwork; four days a week (Mon-Thu 3:45 PM–1:45 AM) with paid lunch, 5% shift differential, and employer-paid medical and dental

Base Assembly Laborer – Night Shift

Monday–Thursday | 3:45 PM – 1:45 AM | 4-day work week

Paid lunch + 5% shift differential

Pay

$21.44–$25.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience
Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that

What This Job Is

You’ll be part of a team building the base and structural foundation of large, custom HVAC units used in commercial and industrial settings.

This is hands-on, physical work using tools, saws, and equipment every day. You’ll be measuring, cutting, and assembling materials that everything else is built on.

This is not light work. It requires focus, accuracy, and a steady pace.

This is a safety-sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe work practices are required at all times.

What You’ll Do

• Build base frames and structural components
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials

Preferred Experience
