Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Entry Level Computer skill
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates straight-line gluers, inner cell, 4-corner and 6-corner gluers.
• Observes automatic feeding, folding, and gluing of box blanks to detect machine malfunctions.
• Inspects completed production work to detect defects.
• Keeps daily time and materials usage reports.
• Performs Preventative Maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Assists temporary employees with understanding task assignments.
• Executes production according to customers specifications.
• Ensures quality control of production in all gluing aspects.
• Maintains production equipment by performing minor maintenance.
