Job summary

CSI is seeking a reliable on-site grinder/finisher to turn raw stainless into finished, customer-ready components on 2nd shift. Expect hands-on, precision work with a focus on quality and safety while meeting production goals.

You’ll polish and finish 300 series stainless steel, use finishing tools safely, and work with a collaborative team in a manufacturing environment. Training provided to develop craft and accuracy.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

This is an on-site, hands-on role in a manufacturing environment.

• Frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the shift


• Lifting and moving materials up to 75 lbs (with assistance)


• Use of close, distance, and peripheral vision with strong attention to detail


• Exposure to typical grinding and polishing conditions (noise, dust, etc.)


• Required use of PPE including gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots
