What You’ll Do
- Polish, grind, and finish stainless steel components and systems
- Work primarily with 300 series stainless steel materials
- Ensure surfaces meet quality, safety, and customer standards
- Inspect your work closely – details matter here
- Use finishing tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Keep your workspace organized and production moving efficiently
- Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and production goals

- Previous grinding or finishing experience is a plus (not required)
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the shift
- Lifting and moving materials up to 75 lbs (with assistance)
- Use of close, distance, and peripheral vision with strong attention to detail
- Exposure to typical grinding and polishing conditions (noise, dust, etc.)
- Required use of PPE including gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots
