Job summary

Sheridan’s Manufacturing Associate – Finishing/Bindery position is on the 2nd shift (2:30PM–11PM). We’ll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to read sufficiently to identify various printed forms and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Safely move materials/books to and from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
