Job summary

Chemence Medical Inc. is seeking a Part-time Finishing Associate in Dalton, GA. The role involves preparing and operating a cutting machine with rotary or reciprocating blades to cut rolls of material.

The ideal candidate will inspect stamps for defects, communicate with the team leader for necessary re-runs, and stay highly organized while handling multiple workflow processes and duties across Production and Finishing departments.

Responsibilities

Summary:

Prepares and operates cutting machine equipped with rotary or reciprocating blades to cut rolls ofmaterial

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• The individual is required to inspect every stamp. Inspection is to look for defective stamps (bubbles, low spots, lines not forming, undercutting, bad label, off registration, and missing pieces).
• To communicate with team leader if re-runs are needed to complete an order.
• Individual must be highly organized, and task oriented and manage multiple workflow processes simultaneously.
• Submitting request to Maintenance department.
• Work diligently and confidentially with direct supervisor.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned; this includes helping in Production and Finishing Department.
