Job summary

Trace-A-Matic is seeking a 1st Shift Finishing and Assembly Team Member in Brookfield, WI. The role supports final deburring, cleaning and packaging to meet customer specifications within the Operations team.

You will use drills, reamers, files, taps and gauges, assemble components from BOM, and ensure finish quality. Training provided; competitive environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure products meet final customer expectations.
• Knowledge of blueprints and finish/polishing techniques to meet specs.
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, bore gauges and simple gauges.

Responsibilities

• Finish/assemble components to customer specifications following documented instructions and BOM.
• Use power and hand tools to deburr, clean and polish parts before surface treatment or shipment.
• Measure with micrometers, calipers and bore gauges to ensure conformance to specs.
• Assemble components using documented instructions and a Bill of Materials for multi-level assemblies.
