Sustainable Staffing Inc. is seeking a Finishing Technician for its Delavan, Wisconsin facility. You will assemble, inspect, package, and label finished products, while tracking inventory movement using CMS software and adhering to safety guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of industrial machine operating experience, and basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM). You will work 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of industrial machine operating experience.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM).
• Ability to obtain material handling equipment certification within one week of hire.

Responsabilités

• Assemble, inspect, package, and label finished products.
• Track inventory movement using CMS software.
• Move products with hand trucks or material handling equipment.
• Read and interpret schedules, work instructions, and specification sheets.
• Maintain a clean and organized finishing area and perform 6S daily.
