Trace-A-Matic in Brookfield, WI is hiring a 2nd Shift Quality Control Technician. You will inspect materials, components, and processes to ensure conformity with drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.

The role requires a BS in Engineering and at least 2 years of quality experience in manufacturing. Epicor and 1factory experience are a plus; strong attention to detail and solid communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering required; equivalent technical degrees may be considered.
• 2+ years of Quality experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Experience with Epicor and 1factory is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality against standards.
• Perform dimensional, visual, and functional testing using measuring equipment.
• Record inspection results in quality management systems and reports.
• Identify non-conforming products and communicate findings.
• Assist root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support audits and collaborate with production, engineering and management.
• Ensure calibration records are maintained and equipment properly calibrated.
• Follow safety and company policies.
