Responsibilities

  • Operate machines as programmed or perform manual processes with limited direct supervision.
  • Communicate any malfunctions or quality issues immediately to a supervisor.
  • Deburr, polish, and blast parts to prepare them for coating.
  • Operate blasting equipment as required.
  • Inspect parts for visual defects and anomalies.
  • Apply knowledge of standard Mil-Spec dimensions commonly used on firearms components.
  • Work safely and follow all company safety procedures.
  • Meet production and quality goals within department timelines.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.

This role requires strong attention to detail, an understanding of basic math and geometry, and the ability to work safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
