Job summary

Lakeside Structures is hiring a Finisher / Multi-Trade Technician to handle final-phase construction work and punch-out items. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable jumping between trades to bring projects across the finish line.

Responsibilities include finish and punch-out work, interior and exterior painting, basic electrical tasks, framing adjustments, and ensuring quality before project close-out. Outdoor Texas weather is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction finishing or multi-trade work.
• Solid painting, framing, and basic electrical knowledge.
• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in Texas weather.

Lakeside Structures is hiring a Finisher / Multi-Trade Technician to handle final-phase construction work and punch-out items. This role is for someone who’s hands‑on, adaptable, and comfortable jumping between trades to get a job across the finish line.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform finish and punch-out work on active construction projects
• Interior and exterior painting and touch‑ups
• Basic electrical (fixtures, outlets, switches – no journeyman license required)
• Framing adjustments, blocking, and minor structural work
• Install and adjust trim, hardware, doors, and miscellaneous components
• Identify and correct quality issues before project close‑out
• Assist other crews as needed to keep jobs moving
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in construction finishing or multi-trade work
• Solid working knowledge of painting, framing, and basic electrical
• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems without constant supervision
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolding)
• Able to work outdoors in Texas weather
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing physical work
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
