Job summary

Lakeside Structures is hiring a Finisher / Multi-Trade Technician to handle final-phase construction work and punch-out items. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable jumping between trades to bring projects across the finish line.

Responsibilities include finish and punch-out work, interior and exterior painting, basic electrical tasks, framing adjustments, and ensuring quality before project close-out. Outdoor Texas weather is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction finishing or multi-trade work.
• Solid painting, framing, and basic electrical knowledge.
• Able to troubleshoot and solve problems without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in Texas weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform finish and punch-out work on active projects.
• Interior and exterior painting and touch-ups.
• Basic electrical tasks (fixtures, outlets, switches).
• Framing adjustments and trim installation.
• Identify and correct quality issues before close-out.
• Assist other crews to keep jobs moving.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
