Job summary

Lodge Cast Iron in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, is seeking a Finisher to move castings through inspection, grinding, and cleaning to meet Lodge quality standards. You will sort castings, identify defects, and route products to the next step while keeping production flowing.

The role is fast-paced, physical, and detail-driven, with a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and consistent craftsmanship. A high school diploma or GED and basic tool knowledge help you succeed here.

Qualifications

• Champion of safety!
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic hand tool knowledge.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, lifting, bending, and using safety equipment.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Forklift license is advantageous!
