Job Location: Big Tex Ohio - Batavia, OH

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $17.00

Job Shift: Day

6am to 4:30 pm - Mon-Thurs with Overtime on Fri/Sat.

$17 per hour paid weekly plus we currently offer an attendance bonus and retention bonus of $240 every two weeks.

Job Overview

Responsible for tasks involving movement of materials, production line assignments, and wood floor installation in a manufacturing facility. Additional miscellaneous tasks may be assigned by the supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
• Follow prescribed procedures and guidelines.
• Assemble items as instructed by the floor supervisor.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Maintain high attention to detail and focus on tasks.
• Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Uphold OSHA standards relevant to responsibilities.
• Clean work area daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and manufacturing techniques is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 60 pounds consistently.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Follow instructions given verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to learn and dependable work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
