Job summary

WFA Staffing is seeking a dependable Finisher for a full-time, on-site role in Milwaukee, WI. The Finisher will prepare metal components for the next production stage, performing grinding, deburring, polishing, cleaning and inspection to ensure quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on work, and is comfortable using hand and power tools in a manufacturing setting. 1st shift, pay rate $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Grind, deburr, polish, and finish metal parts according to specifications.
• Remove sharp edges, burrs, weld spatter, and excess material.
• Use hand tools, grinders, sanders, and other finishing equipment.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, appearance, and dimensional accuracy.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and production specifications.
• Use measuring tools as needed to verify finished parts.
• Identify and report defects or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Properly handle and move materials throughout the production area.
• Meet daily production and quality expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
