Ingersoll Cutting Tools is seeking a Finished Products Warehouse Team Member for the 1st shift in Rockford, IL. This on-site, full-time role involves fast-paced packing, order pulling, and accurate shipping of 300+ shipments daily. Candidates must be able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work overtime as needed.

The position offers competitive pay at $17–$18 per hour with benefits and potential for weekend work based on workflow. Strong team and safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, warehousing, or retail environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with composure under pressure.
• Works well independently and in teams with limited supervision.
• Detail oriented with accurate counting and verification.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and handle high-volume work loads.
• Computer literacy with AS400 or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pulling orders and returning stock to inventory.
• Organizing stock.
• Monitor inventory and conduct cycle counts.
• Accurate shipping of products to customers.
• Scan parts and invoice, logging shipment into AS400 and verifying accuracy.
• Packaging of shipments and printing labels from UPS / FedEx manifests.
• Unpacking shipments, receiving orders, and updating database.
