Job summary

QPS Employment Group in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Finished Goods Technician for a 2nd shift (3:00pm–1:00am).

This role offers a potential to hire and focuses on inspecting finished goods, detecting defects, assembling materials, and operating packaging machines to complete final assembly with attention to quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with production machinery preferred.
• Thorough understanding of product and process being inspected and packaged.
• Intellectual curiosity, passion for machinery, positive attitude and self-discipline.
• Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to visually inspect products with accuracy.
• Able to work with others and independently.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong mechanical, mathematical, reading comprehension and troubleshooting skills.

Finished Goods Technician Responsibilities:
