Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain planning or related operations.
• Experience with MRP/ERP or ASCP/SAP-like systems preferred.
• Strong grasp of supply and demand planning and inventory management.
• Advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets.
• Analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP or IBP/S&OP experience and Power BI/SQL knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own finished goods supply planning for assigned products using ASCP; review demand and inventory.
• Translate demand, forecasts, and planning parameters into actionable production needs.
• Balance customer service, inventory, capacity, lead times and constraints.
• Collaborate with Production Scheduling to convert supply needs into production plans.
• Manage inventory parameters including safety stock, lead times, and order quantities.
• Recommend actions to resolve supply-demand imbalances and optimize network inventory.
• Serve as supply chain contact for Customer Service with timely product availability updates.
• Analyze performance, perform root cause analysis, and support IBP and continuous improvement.
