Darling Ingredients is seeking a Finished Goods Loader to ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of finished products. The role involves handling multiple vehicle types and maintaining accurate paperwork while upholding strict safety standards.

Candidates should be 18+, with manufacturing experience preferred and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends. Spanish language skills are a plus in our diverse team environment.

Formación

• Load and unload finished products from tankers, railcars, and trucks.
• Obtain samples for lab analysis and maintain paperwork.
• Weigh trucks after loading and file scale documentation.
• Clean work areas as needed.
• Uphold safety rules and report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

The Finished Goods Loader is responsible for safe and efficient loading/unloading of finished products.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.

• Responsible for the loading and unloading of all finished products on tankers, railcars, meal trucks, trailers, etc.
• Obtains proper samples and sends to lab for analysis in addition to maintaining proper paperwork.
• Weigh trucks after loading, complete documentation, and turn into scale/dispatcher
• Performs general cleaning as needed in work areas.
• Maintains safety in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred.
• Able to operate non-CLD industrial vehicles/equipment (backhoe, telehandler, yard dog truck, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in loader operation and maintenance.
• Basic math skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
• Good oral and written skills; able to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish highly desirable
• Applicant availability for either shift preferred.
