Job summary

Esler Companies LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking skilled stucco and drywall workers to install, repair, and finish projects with precision and care.

You will measure sites, communicate with homeowners, and coordinate with window/door teams to ensure seamless integration while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of stucco and drywall installation, repair, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of direct experience in stucco and drywall work preferred.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use tools and equipment safely.

• Coordinate with window and door replacement teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• All other duties as assigned.
