Kitchen Tune-Up Denver is seeking an Experienced Finished Trim Carpenter / Custom Cabinet Installer / Cabinet Technician to join our team. We specialize in custom cabinets, cabinetry refacing, and related home services to upgrade kitchens and bathrooms. We are a growing business, launching a sister company, Bath Tune Up - Denver, in February 2024, offering great opportunities for growth in the Denver area.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other installers on custom cabinetry, refacing, and redooring projects in customers' homes.
  • Work with project managers to execute projects efficiently.
  • Follow installation processes to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area daily.
  • Communicate progress regularly with project managers and customers via BuilderTrend.
Interpersonal & Leadership Skills:
  • Strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship.
  • Experience managing job sites, organizing teams, and delivering projects on time.
  • Attention to detail and effective communication with team members and clients.
  • Professional and friendly interaction with customers.
Technical Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of cabinet construction and terminology.
  • Ability to layout and install custom cabinetry, moldings, and trim work.
  • Experience with cabinet refacing, edgebanding, and problem-solving on-site.
  • Proficiency in operating power tools such as saws, routers, planers, and nail guns.
  • Experience with bathroom remodels is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
